Overview
Dr Anne-Marie du Plessis obtained an undergraduate qualification from the University of Pretoria and completed her radiology training at the University of Stellenbosch. She worked at Tygerberg Hospital as a consultant radiologist.
She is also completing her PhD in adolescent chest imaging at the University of Cape Town and has obtained her European Diploma in Neuroradiology in 2022.
Dr du Plessis is currently a member of the SCP management committee. She is also serving a two-year term as Vice Chairperson for the Oncology Imaging Society of South Africa (OISSA).
Life interests
Anne-Marie is a keen runner and has completed marathons and ultra-marathons, including 3 Comrades events.
